Fairy Dragon New

Troops are needed to raid other empires. All troops can be upgraded at the training center.  Here are the details of the troops that you can hire.

Normal troops are great against ranged troops.

Tier 1: Guardian

Guardian New

Guardian is the first unit of the army camp and it is melee. Not a very strong unit but it is cheap and you can hire in numbers easily.

Tier 2: Hammer Dwarf

Hammer Dwarf New

This unit is stronger and much more tankier than the Guardian. There are faster as well.

Tier 3: Savage Ogre

Savage Ogre New

These guys are beefy and fast. They are excellent at clearing ranged units.

Normal troops have Heavy Armor. The table below gives you the % damage dealt by normal troops to other armor types.

Ranged units are good and do excellent against magic troops.

Tier 1: Hunter

Archer New

Good starting unit that can finish off other troops easily when you have numbers.

Tier 2: Centaur

Centuar New

Decent upgrade to the Hunter. They work well against griffins.

Tier 3: Shotgun Dwarf

Shotgun Dwarf New

These guys are your ultimate ranged attackers. I would suggest you rush and upgrade to this unit.

Ranged units have Medium Armor. Below is the % damage dealt to the different armor types.

These are your glass cannon units. Great damage, low hp.

Tier 1: Pyromancer

Pyromancer New

Your first magic unit. Does high damage but dies just as fast as a squirrel.

Tier 2: Griffin(Flying)

Griffin New

Now we are talking. This is a flying unit and it is great against ground troops.

Tier 3: Fairy Dragon(Flying)

Fairy Dragon New

The strongest flying unit available.

Magic troops have Light Armor. Below is a table on the % damage dealt against different armor types:

These guys have high hp and are adept at destroying towers and buildings.

Tier 1: Treant

Treant New

These guys are slow, but they can wreck towers for you easily.

Tier 2: Mecha Man

Mecha Man New

This is the better version of Treant.

Tier 3: Ornithopter(Flying)

Ornithopter New

These guys can fly and deal damage to towers first. An excellent unit that you should rush and get.

They also always attack towers first and wear Heavy Armor. Below is a chart that shows you how they fare against the different armor types:
